Returns and Exchanges

  1. Return Period: You are welcome to return your item for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted.

  2. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for returns. Refunds are available only for faulty or damaged items within the 14-day period. For all other returns, we provide exchanges or store credits.

  3. Condition for Returns: Returned items must be unused, with all original packaging intact, and in their original condition. We do not accept returns for items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition.

  4. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Personal Goods: Items such as socks and hats cannot be returned.
    • Earrings: Can only be returned when deemed faulty, due to hygiene reasons.
    • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable.
    • Sale Items: Items discounted at 40% or more are final sale and cannot be returned.
    • Change of Mind: We do not offer returns for change of mind.
  5. Stock Discrepancies: Due to occasional stock discrepancies or high order volumes, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If this occurs, we will notify you by email and offer a suitable replacement or a full refund.

  6. Return Process: To return or exchange an item, please contact us at contact@solaristudio.com.au, before sending the item back. For mail returns, include your order number and reason for return.

  7. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is faulty or an error occurred on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
